Kekkola Manor

Unforgettable experiences in a manor milieu in Southern Savonia.

Built in 1920, the Kekkola Manor stands at the end of an idyllic lane of birches on a scenic headland, a ten-minute drive from the centre of Mikkeli. The Manor has been an active participant in many historical events in Finland. For instance, during the Continuation War and the decentralisation of headquarters, the Manor was owned by General of Artillery Nenonen, who was also visited at Kekkola by none other than Field Marshal Mannerheim.

Nowadays, Kekkola is reliving its prime days as a hub of celebrations, courses, evening parties and horse riding throughout the year. The Manor also provides a memorable venue for weddings or Christmas.

Accommodation can be arranged for up to 40 people in rooms that are each uniquely furnished according to the multiphase history of the Manor.

Whether you come with friends, family, relatives, customers or colleagues, the milieu of the Manor, its recreational opportunities and the owners will pamper you in summer as well as in winter. Allow the time to stand still, enjoy delicious food, horse riding, tennis, fishing or the hot-water pools at the lakeside saunas. You can also take time to soak in the homely atmosphere of the bygone age, the naturally beautiful environment and the unreserved ambience of the Manor.
